What is the role about?

  • As a co-op participant, you'll be fully embedded within our team for 14-16 weeks, taking on real-world challenges and gaining practical industry insight. As part of the Quality team, you will support complaint management activities in alignment with ISO 9001 standards while gaining hands-on experience with quality systems, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making within a regulated environment.   • Which tasks will you perform?
  • Integrate into the team and contribute to impactful engineering projects that build hands-on experience and support your personal and professional growth.
  • Complete full-time assignments across engineering functions, applying engineering and business practices to real-world challenges.
  • Collaborate with team members and mentors, working independently as appropriate and using regular feedback to strengthen both technical and professional skills.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn Learning certifications and networking.
  • Support the investigation, documentation, and resolution of customer complaints in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive timely and effective closure.
  • Collect and analyze complaint data, help refine complaint-related KPI metrics and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of the complaint handling process.

What do we expect from you?

You will be (required):

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m

You may have (preferred):

  • Fulfilling a co-op requirement as part of academic coursework
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing fresh challenges
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership
