- As a co-op participant, you'll be fully embedded within our team for 14-16 weeks, taking on real-world challenges and gaining practical industry insight. As part of the Quality team, you will support complaint management activities in alignment with ISO 9001 standards while gaining hands-on experience with quality systems, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making within a regulated environment. - Which tasks will you perform?
- Integrate into the team and contribute to impactful engineering projects that build hands-on experience and support your personal and professional growth.
- Complete full-time assignments across engineering functions, applying engineering and business practices to real-world challenges.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors, working independently as appropriate and using regular feedback to strengthen both technical and professional skills.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn Learning certifications and networking.
- Support the investigation, documentation, and resolution of customer complaints in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive timely and effective closure.
- Collect and analyze complaint data, help refine complaint-related KPI metrics and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of the complaint handling process.
What do we expect from you? You will be (required):
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m

- Fulfilling a co-op requirement as part of academic coursework
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
