McKinstry is expanding the role of our Chiller division Team throughout Eastern Washington and the surrounding areas with the addition of new customers and the growing Data Center demand for Chiller work. We are actively seeking a Chiller Technician who is familiar with maintenance, repairs, and installation of chillers for commercial customers. The technician will work with customers regarding any issues discovered while servicing their chiller systems and making the necessary recommendations to assure that their equipment is operating at its peak efficiency. The Chiller Technician will also work on a variety of projects for new installations, startup and assist with any commissioning of the equipment to ensure that the system is operating under the factory specifications required. The pay range for this role is $47.00 - $58.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
