As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you will optimize manufacturing processes to ensure product quality. You may also perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Conducting equipment maintenance and troubleshooting and providing technical support to production teams

Performing root cause analysis on manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions

Conducting tests and experiments to validate and verify manufacturing processes

Training production staff on new processes and equipment, developing an maintaining manufacturing documentation Quality Experience - Have experience with manufacturing processes and equipment

Skill - Be able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Competency - Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Knowledge - Be familiar with quality control processes and methodologies.

Skill - Be proficient in technical problem-solving and analytical skills. Learning on the Fly - Learns quickly when facing new problems; a relentless and versatile learner; open to change; analyzes both successes and failures for clues to improvement; experiments and will try anything to find solutions; enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks; quickly grasps the essence and the underlying structure of anything.
