Fingers & Lube / Shackle & Blades - (Swings)

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour.

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on all assigned areas. This includes, but is not limited to, replacing fingers in pickers, maintaining picker hubs, replacing bad units, removing and replacing picker belts, lubricating pickers, keeping inventory of picking fingers and belts and weld and use cutting torch on a as needed basis.
• Generate work orders, store requisitions and report all deficiencies in a timely manner
• Successfully complete training as required by the company and/or government regulations
• General cleaning and/or assisting other areas as needed and to maintain proper safety, housekeeping and sanitary procedures

• Minimum of one (1) year of maintenance experience
• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of maintenance tools
• Must be able to weld, arc, heli-arc and use a torch
• Must have the ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Must be self-motivated and a self-starter
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to work from ladders
• Must be able to submit and pass criminal background check
