Hours and Pay

• Pay Rate: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
• Overtime: Available
• Travel Area: Work performed across Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia

Daily Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot lighting systems, electrical panels, disconnects, conduit, solar panels, and inverters
• Perform installation of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems in compliance with company standards and electrical codes
• Ensure all work adheres to NEC code requirements and safety regulations
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and system performance issues using proven troubleshooting techniques
• Deliver strong customer service through clear communication and professional interactions
• Manage tools, equipment, and inventory to maintain efficient job site operations
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of electrical experience
• Active Journeyman Electrician certification
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation practices
• Familiarity with NEC code compliance
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work at heights, including climbing ladders
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• NABCEP certification
• Solar installation experience
• Commercial electrical experience
