As a SeniorSoftware Engineer, you'll work alongside worldclass scientists and engineers to design, build, and scale the platforms that power Copilot. This role offers hands-on impact across the full lifecycle-from foundational infrastructure to user-facing capabilities-on one of Microsoft's highestvisibility AI products.

• Building the core orchestration and runtime systems for Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Pioneering AI-driven computer and tool use at enterprise scale

• You will work closely with applied scientists and engineers on designing and building both backend platform capabilities andcore Copilot scenarios aimed at delighting our customers.
• You will design and deliver scalable, high-performance features that power next-generation AI experiences.
• You'll definearchitecture, implementation plans, ensurerobustness and solid test coverage, and improveprocesses to contribute to our best practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
