We are seeking a dedicated individual to join a pivotal team that powers large-scale experimentation and model training for groundbreaking AI experiences. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing operational workflows, managing critical resources, and ensuring data integrity, directly contributing to the agility and efficiency of a high-performing data science and engineering team. Your work will enable faster innovation and more robust AI development, playing a crucial part in bringing advanced technologies to life.

**What You'll Do:**

* Handle diverse operational tasks, including cloud resource cleanup, quota management, security group access, and other essential resource administration.

* Manage team capacity and resource allocation (e.g., compute resources, specialized processing units), adjusting priorities based on team quotas and policies, and contributing to automation solutions for enhanced efficiency.

* Work independently to support a data science team by taking ownership of unassigned tasks and processes, significantly boosting team efficiency and agility.

* Coordinate with multiple teams to facilitate the cleanup of large volumes of historical data from shared storage.

* Communicate and enforce quota and security-related policies to users, providing necessary assistance.

* Administer access to shared data through security group management and certificate handling on shared cloud resources.

* Document team processes and policies to ensure clarity and consistency.

* Contribute to key projects involving operational collaboration with engineers and applied scientists, resource and quota management across teams, data management and cleanup for experimentation outputs, monitoring compliance with internal guidelines, and supporting experimentation coordination using shared resources.

**Skills & Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or technical program support.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

* Experience in process management and automating administrative tasks.

* Proficiency in writing SQL queries.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Experience with cloud platforms and creating cloud resources.

* Demonstrated problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Computer science or technical background.

* Exposure to cloud platform concepts, automation, or scripting for efficiency.
