Professionalism, communication skills, and ability to multitask contribute to the smooth operation of the hospital's communication systems.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a healthcare setting preferred.

• Additional education or certification in communication or customer service preferred.
