Job Summary We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst with deep expertise in Teams, SharePoint Online, Copilot, and the Power Platform, along with strong project management experience. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting collaboration and automation solutions while leading projects from planning through implementation. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Microsoft 365 solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards. This role will be based in the Richmond Indiana at our Division Office. What you will do

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $101,400- $140,300 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
