Join our vibrant team as a Air Liquide Maintenance Coordinator where this position is responsible for managing the tracking, planning, scheduling, and execution of all operations based maintenance for multiple facilities. This includes coordinating day to day on site maintenance, utilizing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Maximo, managing vendors and contractors as well as helping with the planning and executing major maintenance turnarounds activities.

Job Duties:
  • Support and comply with all safety, health, and environmental procedures.

  • Support and comply with all process safety management practices and operate within the established quality systems, reporting any deficiency.

  • Make suggestions to contribute to the advancement of plant safety, efficiency, and quality.

  • Develop thoughtful job plans for work orders including required materials, resources, labor, and estimated time to complete.

  • Collaborate on the weekly maintenance schedule with respective Plant Managers.

  • Develop and submit work plans and cost estimates for alignment and approval.

  • Coordinate with contractors and service technicians to successfully execute maintenance work.

  • Understands and assists in nurturing the maintenance budget.

  • Manages maintenance costs through quality planning, effective contractor partnerships, thoughtful materials purchases, and organized execution.

  • Reviews contractor timesheets and supports the accuracy of expenses against agreements.

  • Facilitates plant PR's and follows up on PO's to ensure project flow.

  • Close out work orders and PO's in a timely and organized manner.

  • Ideally, you will ensure comprehensive work history and documentation is entered in CMMS work orders.

  • Aim for 90% or greater compliance with the regular PM/PdM program and 100% EIS PM compliance each month.

  • Support the evolution of PM and PdM plans based on insights from reliability engineering and historical findings.

  • Prioritize HSE, PM, and PDM work orders to foster a safe and reliable environment.

  • In partnership with the Maintenance and Reliability Center, plan, coordinate, and execute major maintenance activities or turnarounds.

  • Plays a key role in turnaround planning and preparation.

  • Share updates on cost and progress during major maintenance activities.

  • Complete major maintenance activities within the agreed schedule and budget.

  • Support Plant Managers with critical spare parts and consumables stocking and planning.

  • Help ensure spare parts are inventoried in Maximo and replenished as needed to maintain seamless operations.

  • Partner with Plant Managers to create and implement site receiving QA/QC programs.

  • Identify corrective maintenance needs and facilitate work requests.

  • Work closely with contractors to foster high-quality workmanship and professional standards.

  • Actively participate in RCAs to drive continuous learning.

  • Maintain equipment maintenance files for each piece of equipment in the plant.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience in plant maintenance activities

  • Knowledge of the use of a computerized maintenance management system

  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize work

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in proactive planning and scheduling of maintenance

  • Experience in troubleshooting plant maintenance problems

  • Working knowledge of Google suite, CMMS/MAXIMO, Oracle, etc. Software

  • An understanding of the ASU process technology

Physical Requirements:

  • Has full range of motion and ability to lift 50 lbs

  • Ability to work extended hours as business needs dictate

  • Ability to climb and ascend vertical ladders as required

  • Ability to enter and work in confined spaces
