The Passport Office Agent will provide support to the Passport Acceptance office within the Global Programs and Strategy Alliance (GPS Alliance) office at the University International Center on the Twin Cities Campus. The position reports to the Passport Office Manager. Ideal candidates enjoy understanding and handling day-to-day details of office work, are able to provide clear communication to all visitors of the Passport office and have the ability to provide excellent customer service skills to constituents with a variety of backgrounds and cultures. This position will work from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday for a total of 30-40 hours weekly, with occasional Saturdays as needed. 90% Passport Office Support * The first point of contact for customers of the Passport office Qualifications
Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma/GED * Demonstrated experience being able to manage multiple projects during the same timeframe while paying attention to details. About the Department
