Job Title: Loss Mitigation Specialist ( Mortgage Loans ) Location: Richmond, VA 76102 Duration: 12+ months Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr Hours of Operation: 1st-16th: 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.- 17th-31st: 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.-Last two Wednesdays of the month: 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.-Last two Saturdays of the month: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Job Description: Monitor Trial Payment Plans. Review and document mortgage loans. Make follow up outbound call attempts to collect trial payments and obtain verbal or written attestations. Process trial payments. Work Trial Payment Plan suspense items. Send fallout letters. Knowledge/Skill Requirement: Candidates should have prior experience in Collections or Customer Service (1-3 years). Experience with the ICE/Black Knight Servicing System and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Applicants must demonstrate strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
