Position Title: Business Analyst - People Operations
Department: People Experience Reports to: AVP Strategy and Talent
Pay Range: $84,000 - $96,000 Location: Remote

Position Overview: The Project Manager, People Experience serves as a strategic partner to the People Experience leadership team and cross-functional team members focused on understanding the needs of professional and technical teams and translating them into clear, actionable processes. This role collaborates closely across functions to design and implement project management frameworks that enable successful system rollouts and ongoing departmental optimization. By aligning people, process, and technology, the Analyst drives continuous improvement, supports informed decision-making, and ensures projects are delivered efficiently and collaboratively.
