Overview Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Jira SaaS Administrator to support our federal client, located in Washington, DC. This is onsite in DC with no remote option. We are only considering candidates that currently reside within a 50 mile radius of D.C. Position Summary The Senior Jira SaaS Administrator is responsible for configuring, administering, and optimizing Jira Cloud environment to support an Agile transformation. Working under the guidance of the Jira Product Manager and in close collaboration with Agile coaches, this role ensures Jira aligns with Agile playbook and enables effective planning, tracking, and delivery. Responsibilities include system configuration, integrations, custom workflows, automation, governance, user training, and ongoing support. Responsibilities Configure and administer Jira Cloud to support Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks across multiple teams and projects.
