The Role We are seeking a Float Clinical Pharmacist to provide clinical and operational support across multiple inpatient service lines, helping ensure safe, effective, and high-quality medication use for our patients. In this role, you will apply your broad acute care knowledge while developing deeper familiarity with a wide range of specialties and care environments. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

Physical Demands - Job requires sitting for prolonged periods; Repetitive motion: typing. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull < 20lbs. May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease. Onboarding Requirements Background checks and pre-employment health screenings will be conducted on all new hires prior to employment. All safety-sensitive positions with direct patient interaction also require a drug screen. The starting base rate for this role is $64.37 hourly.
