Description

Chevo is hiring an experienced Performance Management Program Manager to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client's business and to become a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to Performance Management, Data Analysis and Evaluation in the Intelligence Community (IC). This position will be a hybrid work environment, with potential to work in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF ) during on-site client engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes and supports the project/program to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved.
  • Supports multiple concurrent project tasks focused on Performance Management, Data Analysis and Evaluation, providing expert direction and guidance to subordinates, developing schedules, formulating work plans, review project funds and resources
  • Serves as point of contact with Government COR/Task Monitor and/or customer personnel.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance
  • Master's degree in a related field and fifteen to twenty (15-20) years' of management and supervisory experience including performance in program management functions.
  • Previous experience leading Performance Management, Data Analysis and Evaluation task orders
  • Expert knowledge and program management experience of projects designed to provide direct mission performance assessment to include experience across multiple mission analytic engagements for IC Mission Managers.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting DHS

SALARY RANGE: $130K-160K (subject to change)
