Technical Product Manager

The Opportunity:

Delivering secure infrastructure and enterprise capabilities within the Department of War (DOW) and Intelligence Community (IC) is critical to enabling mission success across complex, classified environments. From network deployments to cloud and secure service delivery, success depends on strong coordination, clear visibility, and disciplined execution across multiple teams and priorities. That's why we need a Technical Project Manager like you who can support and drive execution across secure environments while keeping efforts aligned and on track.

What You'll Do:

As a Technical Project Manager on our team, you'll support the coordination and execution of infrastructure and technology efforts across classified environments within the DOW and IC, including JWICS, SIPR, and Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (CO-CO) networks. While a portion of your work will focus on infrastructure deployments, you'll also help manage broader initiatives spanning secure systems, enterprise services, and emerging mission technologies.

You'll work across engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure efforts are aligned, dependencies are understood, and progress is maintained. Rather than directly leading teams, you'll act as a central coordinator-helping organize work, remove blockers, and ensure teams have what they need to execute successfully.

You'll develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones and dependencies, and provide visibility into progress across multiple concurrent efforts and geographically distributed locations. You'll also support financial tracking, helping ensure alignment between scope, funding, and execution. A key part of your role will be communicating clearly with stakeholders. You'll provide structured updates to leadership, translate technical progress into actionable insights, and highlight risks, blockers, and decisions required to keep work moving forward.

How You'll Grow:

You'll gain experience operating across Department of War (DOW) and Intelligence Community (IC) environments, supporting a wide range of secure technologies and mission systems. This role provides exposure to multi-site operations, hybrid infrastructure, and high-priority mission initiatives-positioning you to grow into a senior delivery or program-level role.

Join Us:

Join us as we deliver and evolve secure capabilities across the Department of War (DOW) and Intelligence Community (IC). In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring teams stay aligned, efforts remain on track, and critical technologies are delivered effectively, supporting those who rely on these systems to operate, collaborate, and protect national interests.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects supporting DoW or Intelligence Community (IC) environments

  • 5+ years of experience communicating project status, risks, and milestones to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership

  • 3+ years of experience supporting JWICS, SIPR, SAP, or SAR classified network environments, including coordination of deployment and sustainment activities

  • 3+ years of experience coordinating technical deployments across infrastructure domains, including network, compute, storage, and security

  • 3+ years of experience managing project financials, including tracking budgets, burn rates, and forecasting costs

  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and dependencies using project management tools

  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT services, including networking, identity, compute, and storage

  • 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and security stakeholders

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering and 5+ years of experience in technical project management, or 9+ years of experience in technical project management in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with deploying infrastructure within JWICS or SIPR environments, including site stand-up, expansion, or modernization efforts

  • Experience with Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (CO-CO) network environments, including coordination of infrastructure delivery and sustainment

  • Experience with delivering mission support capabilities across geographically distributed sites or operational markets

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, or similar tools for tracking work, tickets, and project execution

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies in technical environments

  • Experience with DoD or IC compliance frameworks, including RMF, ATO processes, and security accreditation activities

  • Knowledge of cloud environments supporting DoD or IC missions, including AWS or Azure

  • Ability to coordinate infrastructure delivery aligned to mission timelines, operational priorities, and customer requirements

  • Ability to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery and develop executive-level briefings, status reports, and decision support materials

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
