The Opportunity Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Division of Academic Innovation (DAI) is seeking an Academic Innovation Systems Analyst to join the Strategy and Operations team. This role supports the administration, implementation, and ongoing management of key technology systems and integrations that enable the division's academic and operational initiatives. The Systems Analyst collaborates with leadership, technical staff, university IT partners, and vendors to ensure systems remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with institutional goals. Reporting to the Manager of Academic Innovation Operations, the Academic Innovation Systems Analyst will develop a strong understanding of divisional workflows and identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, communication, and collaboration. The position supports the full lifecycle of technology solutions, including system evaluation, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support. In addition, the role contributes to training and digital fluency initiatives by developing documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources that support effective system use across the division. The position may also lead small project teams related to system implementation or optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders to implement technical solutions and document processes throughout the project lifecycle. Compensation The annual salary range for this position is ______.
