Job OverviewThe Director, Data & Intelligence will lead the semantic layer and intelligence function within the Data Organization. This role is a strategic people leader, bridging the gap between raw data engineering and business facing analytics with heavy emphasis on enabling AI agents and modern business intelligence. This role is critical for creating a "single source of truth" by implementing a universal semantic layer that defines business metrics, hierarchies, and relationships consistently across an organization. The Director, Data & Intelligence owns relationships with diverse business stakeholders to understand current and anticipate future customer and business needs, understands requirements and defines relevant strategic questions as well as partners with senior business leaders across the Data CoE peer groups to deliver innovative solutions for the organization. Considering internal and external stakeholders, the Director, Data & Intelligence will leverage data to provide a vision for strategic growth, consumer insights, and growth initiatives. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
