Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 3p-130a Monday-Friday, every third weekend, rotating holidays and call. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

We are currently seeking a CT Scan Technologist to:

  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services across Radiology and CT, utilizing advanced technology to support timely, accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient care.
  • Use specialized imaging equipment and techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety, comfort, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure efficient workflows, outstanding patient experiences, and optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Join a culture of excellence and continuous learning, serving as a clinical resource and contributing to the education of students and fellow healthcare professionals.

Additional components of compensation may include:

  • Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
  • Overtime
  • On-call pay

Qualifications
  • Completed an accredited radiologic technology program, a recognized military radiologic technologist training program, or possess two years of related clinical experience in a military setting. Required
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Work Experience
  • Experience as a hospital radiographer and CT technologist. Preferred
  • Previous healthcare experience. Required
  • Two years of clinical experience. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Certification by ARRT in Radiology or current NMTCB certification. Required
  • CT certification within 24 months of hire. Preferred
  • CPR certification required within three (3) months of hire. Required
  • Current license from IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency). Required
  • ARRT certification in CT. Preferred
