Responsibilities & Expectations:
Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist for IPS you will work to increase sales, provide customer service, and support the Service Center in sales & distribution activities.
  • Provide timely customer service, purchasing, and supplier management support
  • Create quotes for customer orders and communicate with the sales team to ensure accuracy
  • Process customer orders and advise on availability, correct part numbers, shipping charges and price
  • Establish long-term customer relationships utilizing sales techniques, policies and philosophies of the company, and service center capabilities
  • Consult with appropriate management on problems involving pricing, specifications, warranties, and service adaptations
  • Have thorough knowledge of competition in the marketplace and competitive bid situations
  • Timely and accurate selection and procurement of motors and other electrical equipment from suppliers
  • Analyze and understand customer requirements
  • Support sales team with invoicing, parts ordering, and researching most cost effective options
  • Responsible for investigation and resolution of customer complaints
  • Coordinate customer service objectives with departmental and service center operations
  • Provide customer and sales correspondence including, tracing of shipments, order processing, customer credits and inventories
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Ability to process high transactional volume
  • Customer-focused mentality
  • Great communication skills
  • Must be self - motivated and a team player
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good technological proficiency, Office Suite, Inventory & Database Systems
  • Be able to report and work daily in the Meridian facility
  • Industrial Inside Sales background preferred but not required
  • New motor or electrical component knowledge preferred but not required

Pay Rate Details: $105,000 - $115,000/year
