The Growth Process Program Manager role is a key member of the Optum Client COE. This role is responsible for setting and executing the strategy for enterprise growth processes and how we leverage technologies, such as Salesforce GO. In this role, they will lead from a business perspective, define the strategy and expectations for enterprise growth processes. This role will lead the design of the system, Salesforce GO, needed to run the process, and drive and sustain adoption of the process. The Growth Process Program Manager will drive cross-functional alignment across Segment Growth teams, using influence and collaboration. This role is vital to ensure the tools we provide to enable the growth professionals to work efficiently and effectively, and in a way that provides data to inform the health of our growth teams, client relationships and product performance. About the Client Center of Excellence The Client COE will focus on enhancing client transparency by collaborating across the organization to ensure data is linked back to the client, streamlining experience by reducing number of systems, and developing tools aimed at maximizing adoption and effective usage. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
