TEKsystems is seeking customer service-oriented individuals to support our client in a high-volume, on-site call center environment. This role focuses on assisting customers with benefit-related inquiries through phone and non-phone channels while delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality service. Responsibilities: * Assist customers in a timely, professional, and accurate manner via inbound phone calls * Maintain performance standards for quality, accuracy, productivity, and timeliness * Research routine inquiries, apply basic analytical and problem-solving skills, and provide appropriate recommendations * Document, resolve, and close customer cases while coordinating with internal departments as needed * Collaborate with peers and management to ensure consistent and quality customer resolutions * Participate in training to learn servicing fundamentals and support multiple plans * Support customers through additional service channels, including written or online inquiries, in-person support, or off-line project work Qualifications: * Customer service experience required (call center or customer-facing preferred) * Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to hold conversations while reviewing plan information * Strong written communication skills to respond to online or written inquiries * Basic computer skills and ability to multitask in a structured environment * Ability to work full time, on-site, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Willingness to commit to the role long-term, with opportunities for internal movement after two years Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
