*Job Title: *Outbound Sales Agent *Start Date: *March 30, 2026 (ASAP) *Location: *Costa Mesa, CA 92626 *Shift: *Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM *Work Environment: *Onsite (InOffice) *Role Overview* As an Outbound Sales Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking tax relief solutions. You'll engage prospects, qualify interest, and transfer warm leads to senior sales representatives - earning bonuses for every successful transfer. *Job Responsibilities* * Make highvolume outbound calls using a dialer system to connect with potential clients * Engage prospects, gather qualifying information, and set up tax relief consultations * Track call activity and follow established performance and compliance guidelines *Qualifications* * 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience (entrylevel candidates encouraged) * Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward performance goals * Previous call center, inside sales, or dialer experience preferred * Tax industry exposure is a plus but not required *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Costa Mesa, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
