What You'll Do As a Field Laborer, you'll play a key role in supporting telecommunicationsrelated construction and site work. Under the direction of a Foreman or Crew Lead, you will: * Operate equipment for a variety of field tasks * Perform preventive maintenance on tools and machinery * Complete handson labor, such as digging, site prep, and ground work * Lay conduit according to project specifications * Assist with weed eating, trimming, and vegetation control * Follow all safety procedures and participate in ongoing safety training * Support the crew with additional tasks to keep projects running smoothly What We're Looking For Top Skills * Strong balance & physical strength * Ability to lift, push, and carry 50-70 lbs * Able to wear and carry a 50-70 lb backpack * Comfortable with frequent walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching * Willing to work outdoors in all seasons (heat, cold, rain, insects, and varied terrain) NicetoHaves * Experience with telecommunications, coax, or fiber optic work What You Bring * A positive, cando attitude * Selfsufficiency and strong work ethic * Eagerness to learn, grow skills, and build a longterm career Work Environment * This is a travel position (VA, NC, SC) * Per diem included * Work across diverse outdoor job sites * Support a company managing multiple simultaneous projects Why We're Hiring Our project load continues to grow, and we're expanding our team to meet demand and maintain toptier service for our clients. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
