Case Worker / Case Manager - Tax Resolution * Onsite \| Full-Time \| 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM* About: Tax Resolution Tax Resolution is a fast-growing tax relief firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses resolve complex IRS and state tax issues. With a high volume of new client enrollments, we're expanding our case management team and looking for an experienced Case Worker / Case Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with tax resolution or case management experience who enjoys client advocacy, organization, and leadership. Role Overview The Case Worker will manage a portfolio of tax resolution cases from onboarding through resolution while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This role also includes supervising and supporting a small team of case workers, ensuring cases are progressing efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Client & Case Management * Conduct client consultations to gather financial documentation and assess eligibility for tax relief programs * Manage cases from intake through resolution, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met * Track case progress, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate case records Client Communication & Advocacy * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients * Provide clear updates, expectations, and guidance throughout the tax resolution process * Build trust and deliver a high-quality client experience Collaboration & Strategy * Work closely with tax professionals, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute resolution strategies * Prepare and submit required documentation to the IRS and state agencies Leadership & Oversight * Manage, mentor, and supervise a small team of case workers * Assist with workflow organization, case prioritization, and quality control * Support team training and development as the company continues to grow Systems & Tools * Strong experience with IRS Logics or similar tax resolution CRMs is highly preferred * Comparable platforms include: * IRS Solutions * Ledger CRM * PitBullTax * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Qualifications * Experience: 3+ years of case management or tax resolution experience (strongly preferred) * Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) * Skills: * Strong communication and client management skills * Highly organized with excellent time management * Comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment * Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Why Join Tax Resolution?
