: Development - Sr. SalesForce Developer.

Position Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
- Create and manage workflows, validation rules, process builders, and automation tools.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of code using CI/CD practices.
- Provide technical documentation and support for end-users and administrators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft).
- Familiarity with Salesforce security, data management, and governance best practices.
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) (Platform Developer I/II) strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and business workflows.
