Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Legal Support.
Location: Little Rock, AR.



Description:
  • Client is looking for a skilled and motivated legal analyst to join the Centralized Leasing Team (CLT) and generally assist with real estate leasing and other related transactions for the Network Engineering and Operations team.
  • The CLT is responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts for the deployment and operation of network infrastructure across the country.
  • The legal analyst will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of the CLT's work.
Responsibilities:
  • Under general supervision, review, analyze and prepare time-sensitive and accurate legal documents at the request of our network organizational clients.
  • Manage and respond to email and other communications timely.
  • Assist as needed in managing and updating the team's internal website that stores all documents, templates, and processes utilized by the team.
  • An understanding of basic legal concepts, terminology, principles, and practices.
  • An understanding of basic real estate concepts, terminology, principles, and practices.
Qualifications: You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree and two or more years of relevant work experience, or six or more years of relevant work experience, including in legal support, contract management, or real estate transactions.
  • Strong personal computer and company systems literacy (including Microsoft Office suite, and ability to adapt to other applications and systems).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at once, with the ability to prioritize under time pressure.
  • Superior customer service.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a sense of team unity.
  • Flexibility to learn new skills.
Even better if you have:
  • Experience in drafting simple emails and routine contracts.
  • Excellent understanding of real estate principles, terms, and conditions.
  • Insight to identify people/process or systems gaps and recommend process and reporting improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sense of urgency and commitment to superior customer service for our internal clients.
