Position Summary

The Population Health Quality Analyst is responsible for analysis of health care metrics ranging from ACO, MSSP & HEDIS/Stars. The analyst works in conjunction with the Manager of Population Health Quality, other analysts in the department, Risk Adjustment & Finance and supports operational departments as a subject matter expert. This position performs analysis, validation and creates routine quality measure performance reports, develops and collaborates with clinical teams on action plans to drive performance improvements as well as perform other adhoc analysis for the health system. This analyst will provide internal consulting services and technical/subject matter expertise system-wide regarding healthcare quality metrics and analytics as they help MultiCare Health System, Multicare Connected Care, and its affiliated entities understand the health of the populations of patients for which they provide services.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience analyzing health care quality measure data, including analyzing medical claims, utilization and financial data, preferably in a managed care environment

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $58,510.00 - $84,219.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
