We are committed to exceeding expectations and having a strong commitment to diversity.The Business Solutions Analyst is part of the Business Solutions team that is responsible to manage the analysis, design and implementation of core deposit processes, working closely with departments within the bank to improve core business processes and workflows. This position will receive, review, prioritize, manage and respond to core system questions, new requirement requests and development inquiries, managing internal request system workstream and reporting. The Business Solutions Analyst communicates upcoming core system release and requested changes to key stakeholders, gaining approvals alignment with all teams and coordinates necessary updates. This position handles all team communications, tracking and reporting functions as well as assisting with strategic initiatives and internal projects as a subject matter expert to increase efficiency and improve service through standardization and reduction in errors. Key Result Areas: * Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve core system request tracking, forms and workflows. Work with stakeholders to determine best process/practice for system, implement, communication, train end users. * Reviews and assigns all incoming requests for core system questions, requests for changes, inquires on system capabilities. Communicates release updates and requests for changes with stakeholders, gaining approval and alignment for implementation. * Develop and manage audit-ready processes for tracking changes, and respond to internal/external audits with complete documentation. * Ensure measurements of the defined KPIs and SLAs are in place and adhered to. Continuously updates department roadmaps, planners, capacity and initiative trackers. * Collaborate with internal partners to share best practices and continually improve processes. * Participates in strategic and internal projects, with a particular emphasis on process optimization for cross functional tasks * Perform additional duties as required Qualifications: * College degree or 7 years Banking experience * 5 years' Operational Banking experience. Previous management, supervisory or project management experience preferred. * Able to work independently, make independent judgements, as well as collaborate cross-functionally, and meet deadlines * Strong analytical, organizational and facilitation skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders * Strong understanding of Banking Operations and core banking systems (deposits, loans, payments and digital) and the business processes they support. * *Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment The above description covers the most significant major responsibilities but does not exclude other occasional responsibilities and accountabilities, the inclusion of which would be in conformity with the major purpose of this job. Location: Hybrid/Waltham, MA Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $90,000 - $110,000. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
