We're seeking a Program Manager - in Philadelphia to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the Talent & Inclusion Program for our life sciences practice. This is a 6-month contract position that requires you to be located in the Philly/Basking Ridge/New Jersey area, as onsite presence is essential for this project.

YOU WILL:

• 
  

  Manage the complex Talent Roadmap rollout, including a technology assessment, to ensure the HR transformation initiatives remain on track and deliver expected business value.

  Integrate quickly with the existing teams and processes to maintain continuity with Change Management leadership and operations.

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate closely with the HR and Talent teams to drive the successful implementation of the Talent & Inclusion Program.

  
  

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  Proven program and project management experience, with the ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver results within tight timelines.

  Experience with HR and Talent system and process transformations.

  Strong understanding of change management principles and their application in a corporate environment.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
