We're seeking a Change Consultant in Houston for our Energy and Utilities practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. This is a 2-month assignment. Onsite 4-5 days a week in Houston, TX

SUMMARY

As a Change Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change within our clients' organizations. Leveraging your expertise in change management and deep industry knowledge, you will spearhead the implementation of innovative solutions that transform how our clients operate and thrive in the evolving oil and gas landscape.

YOU WILL:




  • Partner with clients to assess their unique challenges and develop tailored change management strategies



  • Facilitate workshops, training programs, and communication initiatives to engage employees and build buy-in for transformative changes



  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new processes and technologies



  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, providing data-driven insights to optimize outcomes



  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the complexities of organizational change



IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:




  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic change management role, preferably within the oil and gas industry



  • Demonstrated expertise in leading successful change initiatives, from assessment to implementation



  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders



  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans



  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and devise innovative solutions



  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is preferred



  • Passion for driving transformative change and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
