The Talent Mobility Advisor is responsible for providing day to day client support for pre-assignment management on a dedicated account. The TMA will work closely with client hiring manager and recruiters, internal operations, Account Managers, and PMs (Program Managers), to ensure successful management of mobility services to international assignees and transferees.


*This is a temporary position on-site with a client located in Los Angeles.


Responsibilities


30%


Coordinate with all internal departments/functions to ensure a successful assignee experience. Manage communication process and ensure quality of service delivery.


50%


Communicate/interface with client hiring managers and recruiters on relocation/assignment benefit packages. Provide assistance with exception management, including recommendations on specific exceptions to policy. Provide assignee status updates, keeping the client abreast of issues and offering solutions as issues arise.


20%


Complete client related projects and reports as requested.



Qualifications and Preferred Skills



  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Relocation Consultant or related mobility professional
  • Fully outsourced international assignment management experience including global compensation preferred
  • Ability to identify potential problems and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent listening skills and consultative skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with individuals at various levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to function as part of a team while acting as a self-starter
  • Ability to manage deadlines, multi-task, and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation skills, business etiquette, and phone skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in an effective manner
  • PC proficiency - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and job-related systems
  • Strong preference for overseas work/living experience
  • Strong preference for secondary language skills


Education and Certification Requirements



  • High School Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's degree Preferred

  • Position Title: Talent Mobility Advisor
  • Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 USD
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Employer HSA Match, Life & Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, ID Theft Protection Plan and more. Benefits are based on employment status and may not be available for temporary or part-time employees



Salary ranges may vary based on location, market conditions, and other factors such as experience and qualifications. The final compensation will be determined during the hiring process based on these considerations.
