Hospitality Concierge - Public Relations

Providence Health & Services
life insurance, parental leave, 401(k)
United States, Texas, Lubbock
Mar 20, 2026

Description

Join our team and be the warm welcome that makes every visitor feel truly cared for.

As a Concierge, you'll play a key role in delivering secondmile service and creating an inclusive, uplifting, patientcentered experience. You are often the first point of contact for patients and guests-setting a positive tone the moment they arrive on campus. Guided by our promise, "Know me. Care for me. Ease my way," you'll help ensure each person feels supported, valued, and at ease.

You'll use your broad knowledge of the hospital and surrounding campus to assist with wayfinding, provide information, help manage access, and support caregivers by triaging operational needs as they arise. Your presence helps patients, families, and employees feel confident, comfortable, and connected. Whether welcoming a firsttime visitor, supporting a stressed family, or assisting leadership and surveyors, the Hospitality Concierge is the trusted guide who turns every interaction into a positive, reassuring experience.

At Providence, our caregivers aren't just valued-they're invaluable. When you join Covenant Medical Center, you join a community built on wholeperson care, compassion, and mutual respect. Here, your voice truly matters, and you're empowered to grow, contribute, and thrive.

If you're enthusiastic about helping others, love being part of a supportive team, and want to make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to welcome you.

This part time day shift runs Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and additional flexible hours during the weekday.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year related hospitality sector experience providing exceptional customer service dealing extensively with the public.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience in healthcare.
