Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Eagan, MN. This is a contract opportunity and is 100% remote. Pay Rate: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour This position focuses on analyzing science, engineering, business, and other data processing needs to automate or improve existing systems. The analyst will be responsible for reviewing user requirements, procedures, and system capabilities. Initially, this role will involve shadowing senior team members, documenting processes and procedures, attending client meetings, and potentially contributing to projects related to new coding standards or Medi-Cal initiatives. Responsibilities: Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared Requirements: 2-4 years of experience required Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time Must demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and analytical skills Demonstrated technical aptitude Demonstrated analysis and documentation skills If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
