Administrative / Clerical Job Description
* CONTINGENT UPON AWARD * The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst supports U.S. Navy and DoD transformation initiatives, contributing to stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, adoption tracking, and readiness reporting. This role maintains the integrated OCM plan, coordinates daily change management activities, and helps refine strategy based on feedback and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, highly organized, and capable of supporting complex change efforts within fastpaced, missiondriven environments. Stakeholder & Impact Analysis Support stakeholder mapping, impact analysis, and readiness assessments across affected commands, directorates, or program offices. OCM Planning & Integration Maintain the integrated Organizational Change Management plan, ensuring alignment with program schedules, training plans, comms strategies, and transformation objectives. Dashboards, Reporting & Analytics Produce dashboards and reports on adoption, readiness, change risks, issue trends, and stakeholder engagement metrics. Coordination of DaytoDay Change Activities Coordinate logistics for change-related activities including: Workshops Manage scheduling, materials preparation, room/virtual setup, and security requirements for classified sessions. Continuous Improvement Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback and survey results related to change adoption and communications effectiveness. Required Qualifications
