Production Technician - Medical Device Manufacturing (Entry Level Welcome) Location: Bedford, MA Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (5:30 AM - 1:30 PM) Join a fast-growing medical device manufacturing company developing innovative minimally invasive surgical technologies. We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to support assembly, quality inspection, and production operations in a regulated environment. This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Perform precision assembly of small mechanical components using hand tools Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure product compliance Maintain accurate production documentation and records Identify and report quality, material, or equipment issues Support team training and maintain a clean, organized workspace Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and safety standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to read and follow written instructions in English Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking Experience in assembly, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing is a plus, but not required Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn Physical Requirements Ability to handle small parts and tools with precision Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Perform repetitive tasks and remain active throughout the shift Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter benefits and employee perks Start your career in medical device manufacturing and advanced production.
