• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending)
• Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (temperature may vary)
• Prior experience with inventory systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
• Ensure correct parts are matched to repair jobs to avoid errors
• Track outgoing shipments and handle returns and related documentation
• Update part numbers, quantities, and locations in the inventory system
• Work closely with the repair team on part availability and lead times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with other duties as needed by supervisors
