What will you do as a Business Analyst?

You will be responsible for the over management of programmatic database(s), providing analysis, reporting, and evaluation of that data. They will work collaboratively with the Management team to identify data needs and solutions. The Analyst will also:

  • Develop and maintain consistent agency-wide data standards by creating procedures and tools that support accurate and uniform data entry, documentation, and reporting, while conducting regular audits of data systems to verify quality, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and other visualization tools that present agency data in a clear and accessible format.
  • Manage all credentialing activities, including compiling, submitting, tracking, and maintaining provider applications and records with all required payers and credentialing bodies.
  • Evaluate program outcomes by measuring performance against established benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide training, guidance, and documentation to ensure staff and Program Director's understanding of credentialing requirements, data processes, and operational procedures.

What are the requirements?

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required
  • Two or more years' experience with SQL databases and/or EHR systems
  • Prior experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in a non-profit or social service environment is a plus
