M9 Solutions is seeking a CNO Developer (Windows)to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client located inArlington, VA. An activeTS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearanceis required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain CNO/CNE capabilities targeting Windows systems. Perform low-level development in C, interfacing with Windows internals (WinAPI, memory, processes/threads). Support exploitation and operational tool development for mission use. Collaborate directly with operators and analysts to refine capabilities. Debug, test, and adapt tools in real-world operational environments. Required Skills and Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance. 3+ years of CNO/CNE, exploit development, or offensive cyber experience. Strong C programming skills (low-level/system-level development). Solid understanding of Windows internals (memory management, APIs, process injection, etc.). Experience with reverse engineering or assembly (x86/x64). Familiarity with Linux, Android, or iOS platforms. Scripting (Python or similar) for tooling/automation.
