Sonepar Management Group (SMG) supports our Sonepar brands (i.e. operating companies) in the US through a shared services model. These services include, but are not limited to: human resources, finance, digital enterprise, supply chain, vendor relations, marketing, legal, and communications. The SMG teams enable our brands to do business in their local regions while taking advantage of the scale and collective resources of a global enterprise. We are seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to lead a largescale ERP transformation. This role is critical during ERP discovery and Phase 0-defining the target architecture, establishing transformation guardrails, and ensuring alignment across business, application, data, and technology domains.This is a highimpact, handson architecture role partnering with executive stakeholders, IT leadership, and a Systems Integrator (SI) to set the foundation for a multiyear enterprise modernization program. Key Responsibilities Define and document the targetstate enterprise and solution architecture for the ERP transformation. Establish and enforce architecture principles and guardrails (e.g., fittostandard, cleancore design, integration and extensibility strategy). Serve as the architectural authority across all ERP discovery and Phase 0 activities. Act as the primary architecture counterpart to the Systems Integrator. Develop and align architecture across all major domains: Business & Process Architecture Application & Integration Architecture Data Architecture (governance, migration, master data) Technology, Infrastructure & Security Architecture Lead architectural decisionmaking, tradeoff assessments, and risk identification. Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and longterm scalability requirements. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences. Required Qualifications
