Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid || 4 Days Onsite and 1 Day Remote)

Job Description:

• Our client is seeking two experienced Oracle ERP Applications Analysts to support and enhance their enterprise applications environment.
• This is a hands-on techno-functional role requiring strong experience across both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, working closely with functional users and technical teams to resolve issues, support ongoing operations, and drive continuous improvements.
• This role requires collaboration with an onsite team and does not follow an offshore ticketing model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a techno-functional resource supporting Oracle ERP applications (EBS and Fusion Cloud)
• Support, maintain, and enhance Supply Chain and Finance modules
• Contribute to ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects
• Configure Oracle modules and support integrations across systems
• Provide backend support using SQL and assist with reporting and dashboarding needs
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Troubleshoot application issues and work collaboratively to drive resolution
• Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Strong techno-functional background (not a purely technical developer role)
• Experience supporting or implementing Supply Chain and Finance modules
• Understanding of inventory and supply chain concepts
• Experience with integrations and configuration across Oracle ERP modules
• Solid SQL skills and familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
• Well-rounded experience with the ability to contribute to both functional and technical discussions
