Job Description




Allied Universal is hiring an HR Administrative Coordinator

This is hybrid office position (3-4 days in office each week)

HR is seeking a candidate for a support function within our office team. Key responsibilities would include processing data, employee file maintenance within various HRIS platforms, PTO/leave tracking, staff communications, and employee engagement. Individual must be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. The administrative coordinator would be task-oriented with a high level of confidentiality related to all tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Maintain digital and hard copy employee records.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with all tasks
  • Update HRIS databases and handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Assist with payroll preparation.
  • Update leave records and PTO maintenance.
  • Administrative updates to corporate credit card program
  • Basic knowledge of benefit policy compliance
  • Assist with employee licensing compliance and background checks.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications OR
    • Associate's degree with 2+ years' experience in an administrative business/office environment.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel - more than basic skill level)
  • Knowledge in various HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are required.
  • Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:
    • If previously employed, meaningful and verifiable work history
