Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Business Process Lead (Patient Evidence) who is curious, collaborative, and forwardthinking to join us in our Strategic Process Excellence team, based in our UCB office in Atlanta, US.

About the role

You will play a key role in shaping and improving global processes within Patient Evidence. You will lead process governance, simplify ways of working, and support the development of harmonized processes that enable efficiency, clarity, and highquality outcomes. Your work will help teams operate with consistency and confidence across the entire Patient Evidence organisation.

Who you'll work with

You will be working in a team that brings together global specialists dedicated to building bestinclass processes and tools. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Patient Evidence and other business areas, fostering strong partnerships and supporting teams in adopting effective, streamlined processes.

What you'll do

* Lead global process governance and ensure strong crossfunctional engagement.
* Serve as the specialist for business process management tools and support digital process transformation.
* Analyse and simplify global processes to remove inefficiencies, overlaps, and duplication.
* Design and maintain process landscapes with subject matter experts.
* Drive the creation and revision of procedural documents aligned with best practice standards.
* Support the implementation of harmonized global processes, tools, and standards.

* Bachelor's degree and experience in business process management.
* Ability to lead global crossfunctional initiatives and facilitate complex discussions.
* Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
* Skilled in coaching, collaboration, and guiding diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in project and change management with the ability to apply improvement methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills in English and strong digital and IT capability.
