JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Business Process Lead (Patient Evidence) who is curious, collaborative, and forwardthinking to join us in our Strategic Process Excellence team, based in our UCB office in Atlanta, US. About the role You will play a key role in shaping and improving global processes within Patient Evidence. You will lead process governance, simplify ways of working, and support the development of harmonized processes that enable efficiency, clarity, and highquality outcomes. Your work will help teams operate with consistency and confidence across the entire Patient Evidence organisation. Who you'll work with You will be working in a team that brings together global specialists dedicated to building bestinclass processes and tools. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Patient Evidence and other business areas, fostering strong partnerships and supporting teams in adopting effective, streamlined processes. What you'll do * Lead global process governance and ensure strong crossfunctional engagement. Interested?
