SUMMARY:

Operate the caser efficiently and correctly, ensuring packs and sleeves are packaged correctly. This position can be relieved by any qualified Caser Operator.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. All of the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices.

It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization Chart identifies key personnel with the authority to take action.

  1. Know, Prepare, and Operate Caser Safely



  1. Operate Shrink Wrapper or Case Sealer Machine



  1. Monitor and Maintain Quality, Quantity, and Machine Performance



  1. Monitor Line Flow, Supplies, and Downtime



  1. Communicate and Provide Assistance to the Line



  1. Documentation



  1. Keep Work Area Clean and Organized



  1. Maintain a Clean, Safe Work Area

PAY INFORMATION:

Salary Range: $19.87 - 25.17/HR
This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Salary increases are determined by promotional opportunities. Tree Top provides a weekly payroll. This position is eligible for annual safety incentive.
