Job Description Business Applications Analysts assist with various support and/or project tasks with supervision from senior team members. They are a resource to all Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) clients, internal and remote, for day-to-day support of all SS&C developed Desktop applications. The Business Applications Analyst is also involved in various projects and is typically responsible for the tasks associated with a single phase on a project or general tasks throughout all phases of a single project. Duties may include gathering and documenting customer requirements, participate in writing and executing test scripts, documenting and delivering various forms of project communications, and contributing to the development of training/support materials. Business Applications Analysts also research and collect material information required for basic analysis and problem solving. For non-routine problems/issues, Business Applications Analysts will seek advice and assistance from a more experienced analyst or project lead. Responsibilities:
