What to Expect
TheNPI Technician is primarily responsible forensuringthesuccessfullaunch ofthe newest Energy products and sub-components, turning newengineering designtomass production.This person is expected to be able toexecute againstprovided manufacturing instructions (if available),validatetheir own work, check the quality ofpreviousoperations, mentor production associates, lead builds in defined areas, and meet schedules. The NPI Technician is expected to be able to provide feedback, define standard work, and suggest process improvements. Experience with hand tools and use of semi-automated manufacturing equipment is necessary.

What You'll Bring
Degree in Electronics, Metallurgy, Welding, Materials, or Technical Certificate or equivalent experience
Experience in processequipment'sautomation systems such as pretreatment, E-coat,Spray Booths, Ovens, Conveyor systems,HVAC,Dispense systems, etc.
Must havea high levelof craftsmanship and attention to detail, while working in an environment that requires quick action, experience in mechanical equipment, fixtures & tooling in CAD, reading & interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, Automation industry standards, safety standards, development
