AP Intelligence is seeking an experienced Presentation Designer on a temporary, 6-month term of employment to focus on presentation and collateral design execution as we scale our groundbreaking data and AI products. This position will elevate the AP Intelligence brand by creating compelling marketing and sales collateral that clearly communicate our mission, technological innovation, and best-in-class data solutions to enterprise clients, while collaborating closely with internal teams and adhering to brand guidelines.


This role will havethehands-on responsibility forframing,designingand executingour go-to-market client-facing communications, pitch decks, product narratives, and proposals. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with strong creative direction abilities, excellent writing skills, anda deepunderstanding of B2B marketing-particularly in the data, AI, and intelligence sectors.



Whatyou willdo:




  • In collaboration with key stakeholders, design and produce all client-facing materials for AP Intelligence and our Data & AI team, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across PowerPoint, InDesign, web, andotherformats






  • Translate complex data and AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives and visuals for enterprise decision-makers-movingquickly from brief to finished asset






  • Craft pre-sale and post-sale marketing materials that educate clients about AP Intelligence's unique value proposition in the data and AI landscape






  • Stay current on industry trends in data intelligence, AI/ML applications, news intelligence, and enterprise SaaS solutions, applying that knowledge totimelymarketing content






  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Data Science, Product, and Sales teams to distill technical concepts into accessible, visually engaging content-often under tight deadlines






  • Serve as brand steward for AP Intelligence, ensuring all creative work adheres to AP's brand identity and design guidelines






  • Build andmaintaina library of sales enablement assets including customizable presentation templates, one-pagers, case studies, and demo scripts





Whoyou are:




  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in design or marketing production roles at a B2B technology company, publisher, agency, or data/intelligence provider






  • Proventrack recordproducing high-quality marketing materials for complex technology products, particularly in data, AI, SaaS, or enterprise intelligence solutions






  • Strong executional design skills with mastery of PowerPoint and Keynote presentation design-you can take a rough outline and turn it into a polished deck fast






  • Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and modern design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)






  • Strong writing and editing skills with ability to distill technical concepts for business audiences; fluency in AP Style






  • Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys and enterprise sales cycles






  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment-comfortable managing multiple simultaneous requests, shifting priorities, and quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality






  • Highly organized and self-directed, with strong project management instincts and a bias toward action






  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience supporting the launch of new B2B technology, data, or AI products






  • 5+ years background in presenting, pitching, or storytelling within a corporate environment






  • Understanding of news intelligence, media monitoring, or content licensing industries






  • Experience producing materials for C-suite and enterprise buyers at Fortune 500 companies






  • Portfoliodemonstratingwork that simplifies complex data or AI concepts across multiple formats






  • Motion graphics, video editing, or interactive content creation skills






  • Background in journalism, news, or media industries





Salary & Benefits:


The anticipated compensation for this 6-month term employment will range from $57,500 to $67,500, based on a candidate's skills, qualifications and location. Temporary employees of the AP are also eligible for comprehensive benefits, which include:
