Principal Healthcare Data Analys is responsible for leading advanced strategic quality improvement and process management initiatives across Providence Health Plans (PHP). Understanding the operational objectives of PHP, provides high level analysis work (design evaluation plans, coordinate data collection across groups, partner with other analysts for reporting support, etc.). Responsible for leading and mentoring of personnel. Trains staff; provides input for performance evaluations and promotes professional development for staff. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Leads team meetings and acts as counsel to all staff on analysis matters. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
