We're seeking a high?performing Senior Sales Executive to join our elite team. This role is focused on contract, interim, and fractional placements, partnering with a broad range of clients to deliver flexible, high?value talent solutions. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of agency sales experience, a strong network, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships while driving consistent revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand revenue within the Accounting & Finance market.
  • Client Development: Identify, engage, and grow new client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of hiring needs across contract, interim, and fractional models.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, client demand, and competitive activity to position our services effectively.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and uncovering opportunities for expanded services.
  • Cross?Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters to align client needs with top?tier talent solutions.
  • Performance Management: Track sales activity and performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Brand Representation: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand market presence.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of high?level agency placement experience within Accounting & Finance.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting and finance roles, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of contract, interim, and fractional staffing solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Polished, persuasive communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Relationship Builder: Naturally consultative, with a talent for building long?term, trusted client partnerships.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
